Introducing our Personalised Memorial Cards, a beautiful keepsake to remember your loved one. Our Memorial Cards are fully customisable, you pick what poem you would like including, we can also include graphics of a favourite flower/hobby on the back with the poem if this is required. Send us all your information including the photo you would like including and we can create a mock up to send to you for approval before printing. These are physical prints and NOT a digital download.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

Printed 55mm x 85mm (card size) plus small margin for lamination, memorial wallet size card. A5 Please choose from our deluxe card colours on sample images
Personalisation – Please email over all information to be included, we can add in flowers or theme based on what you have in mind to remember your loved one (please email us to confirm we are able to meet your brief before placing your order).

HOW TO ORDER

Unedited sample will come with no personalisation and just sample information.
For personalised orders:
1. Choose your quantity and choice of card
2. Complete the personalisation field with your memorial card information (name, dates & poem), please send all images via separate message.
3. Add to basket and checkout. If the information does not fit in the personalisation box, please send information, images and required wording as a message to us so we can ensure all your desired information is included. Please include your Etsy order number in the message.
4. We will print and dispatch your items within 7-10 business days.

DELIVERY TO THE UK

We post with Royal Mail 48 within the UK . If your order is urgent please let us know and we can discuss a faster delivery option for you.

RETURNS

Due to items being made to order and personalised, items are non refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please carefully check your personalisation details before submitting your order as we cannot be held responsible for an error on any part of the personalisation which has been sent. In the unlikely event of your items containing an error where we are found to be responsible, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can arrange a replacement.
